Where is my order?
All of our crystals are sent via a fully tracked service with dpd.
If you have tracked it and can’t find it or it didn’t turn up, please get in contact so we can investigate and rectify the issue quickly.
Replacements and returns
On the rare occasion that you will receive a crystal that isn’t up to our high standards we may ask for photos of the crystal, or packaging to help us investigate the issue.
Please contact us as soon as you spot the problem and we will work with you to investigate and rectify the issue.
