Most images will work brilliantly, however, on the rare occasion where there may be issues with the quality of the engraving, we'll get into contact with you to discuss it.

All you have to do is upload your image, and we'll take care of the rest.
We would prefer to do any editing required for the images ourselves, as we have a talented in-house team who can make the appropriate adjustments, which includes; Adjusting colour balance, removing the background from photos (Unless a feature enhances the image), converting the image into 3D, choosing the best orientation to suit the size and shape of the crystal, as well as adding any personalised text to your crystal.

We will choose the orientation to better fill your crystal, unless you have specified otherwise. Generally, if the picture is portrait or landscape it will be engraved accordingly.

A crystal is a block of K9 glass, far superior to the commonly used K5 glass. It will enhance clarity and ensure a quality image that will never deteriorate.

We'll make your order high priority, and it will be automatically placed at the top of the queue. This means that your crystal will be engraved quicker, the result being that you will receive your crystal faster. For a fee of £9.99, we will ensure that your crystal reaches you within 2-4 working days.

All of our crystals come presented in velvet-lined boxes, which is carefully packaged to ensure that you receive it in perfect condition. We are aware that a large portion of our crystals are bought as gifts. In order to avoid ruining any surprises, our packaging is plain and does not include a receipt.
